Meeting place: McDonalds parking lot just East of I-17 on the Carefree Highway in North Phoenix. PLEASE NOTE NEW MEETING LOCATION!

 The holidays are over, and we will not have had a run for almost a month. Let’s do something about that! Come join us for a great run from N. Phoenix to Sedona via “the back way”. We will meet at the McDonalds just East of I-17 on the Carefree Highway at 10:00am. From there we will head thru Wickenburg and Prescott (thru The Spars!), over Mingus Mountain (do roads get any better that that!) to Jerome, Cottonwood and finally to our destination in Sedona. Total mileage is about 160 miles, and yes, I know it will be cold, but that’s what that top on your Miata is for.

 In Sedona we will be having a late lunch/early dinner at a very nice pizza place called Pizza Picazzo. We should arrive there between 2:00 & 3:00pm. You can check out their menu at www.pizzapicazzo.com.

 From there everyone will be on their own to head home or go shopping in the many shops and galleries in Sedona. Complete directions will be provided and we will make sure to have plenty of “bio” breaks along the way.
